  • Reformer pilates is a dynamic and low-impact form of exercise. It combines precise movements, resistance, and body alignment to strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and enhance posture, resulting in a balanced and toned body with improved core strength and stability

  • Nothing is compulsory, but we highly recommend bringing:

    • Sweat Towel

    • Drink Bottle

    • Grip Socks (available to purchase in studio)

  • Cheeks is for everybody. Every class provides a range of options for each exercise - so whether its your first time on the reformer or you’re a seasoned veteran, we will guide you through a workout that makes you feel your best. Expect a fun, dynamic, strong workout with good tunes and an amazing community
